Join Trees Forever Director of Community Programs Jeff Jensen to learn about the trees of Iowa, including nut trees. He will also share some updates on the Iowa Hazelnut Project, agroforestry work going on in the state, and educational opportunities for folks to learn more about Iowa’s native landscapes. Jeff lives in Northern Kossuth County, where he manages a field staff of seven in Iowa and Illinois, delivering programming across both states. Jeff is a bit nutty, growing hazelnuts and serving in a leadership role with the Iowa Nut Growers Association.
