Environmental Health

Mission

The mission of Public Environmental Health is to protect and promote the health and safety of Marshall County residents by providing assistance and guidance to the Board of Supervisors, Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment, Board of Health, residents, businesses, agricultural operations, industries, and other governmental entities regarding public health, environmental health, and noxious weed management.

Sanitarian

The Sanitarian promotes public and environmental health by enforcing applicable local and state health regulations, providing education and assistance to the community, and developing local initiatives that support healthy environments and responsible public health practices.
