Home Base Iowa LogoIn 2013, the Office of the Governor of the State of Iowa, launched a public/private partnership called Home Base Iowa. Home Base Iowa connects Iowa businesses with qualified veterans and their spouses looking for career opportunities. The program also provides resources to help connect veterans and their families, with educational and transitioning resources, when relocating to a new community.

Home Base Iowa - Marshall County

Relocation Incentive Package

  • Up to $2,000 in relocation assistance for veterans moving to Marshall County, Iowa.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be a discharged veteran under honorable conditions (DD214 will need to be provided).
  • Provide proof of full-time employment in the County.
  • Apply for the relocation program with the Veteran Affairs Office.
